For a  wx:post-script-dc% device context, this method gets the maximum size of graphics drawn so far on the device context. For a Windows  wx:printer-dc% device context, this gets the horizontal and vertical resolution. It can be used to scale graphics to fit the page.

• (send a-wx:dc get-size width height) -> void
      width : boxed inexact real
      height : boxed inexact real

  The width box is filled with the width and height is fillwed with the height.
