This will be called during creation of the File menu, between
the insertion of Save As... and Print menu items.
If you override this method, you must define it before calling super-init
(send a-mred:standard-menus-frame file-menu:between-save-and-print file-menu)->void file-menu : a mred:menu% object
The default method inserts a menu separator into the menu.
