`get-min-size`

Calculates and returns the minimum possible size for the panel which will still allow all of its children to be fully visible. Takes the size set by user-min-width and user-min-height into consideration.

(send a-mred:panel get-min-size) -> a list of two integers
The list returned consists of the minimum x size followed by the minimum y size.
