Gets the current extent of the buffer's graphical representation.

Only valid when the buffer is viewed.

• (send a-wx:media-buffer get-extent w h) -> void
      w : boxed inexact real or null
      h : boxed inexact real or null

  The w box is filled with the buffer's width, unless w is null. The h box is filled with the buffer's height, unless h is null.
